We are excited to announce our upcoming Community Health Event titled “Clearing the Path: Atherosclerosis Awareness,” happening on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 12pm. This event will focus on how we can take control of our health and prevent heart disease through informed lifestyle and dietary choices.
As part of this event, we are honored to have Chef Lee Rosser with us for a live healthy meal demonstration! Chef Lee will be showing us how to prepare a nutritious meal while offering practical tips on making healthier food choices.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn, connect, and empower ourselves with knowledge that can positively impact our health. We encourage everyone to attend, invite your family and friends, and be part of this important conversation!
